Do you need access to my codebase?

Not for the scan. Just paste a URL. For automated fixes, you connect a GitHub repo through a short-lived App token. Mimetic opens PRs and you control what merges.

What does the scan actually check?

Mimetic runs a real headless browser against your site and checks checkout flow, mobile usability, page speed, SEO, analytics coverage, Schema markup, trust signals, and more. It also extracts your full tech stack (analytics, pixels, payment providers, review apps) and compares against competitors. Every finding gets a severity ranking and estimated impact.
